it is really bad news that we have to be a active member to earn from referrals that we need to make deposit.i was panning to earn from referrals before i deposit so that i can asure that this hyip is paying.apart from the referrals commission i was happy to see that we can advertise our ptc referral links there with only $1.any one know for how much days we can advertise for $1?

this one has turned to scam now,
I was in with a minimum amount set by the site,
the withdrawal limit was $1
later they changed it to $2,
now I reached to minimum cashout $2,
when I tried to ask for a withdrawal,
I got some error, later I checked monitors page,
where I found that the program is closed,
