All I can give is my self written intro , since the site is in Latvian. That would be its main asset , it offers a exchange between PerfectMoney , LibertyReserve , Epay , Web Money E , Web Money R , Web Money Z and Swedbank USD/EUR/ LVL ( which is a bank ). In other words it gives a chance to get our e-money to our bank accounts too on other way around. Fees aren't high and u get bonus from huge deals in time .
Anyway , for Latvians to use and others just to check out : villexchange.com ( cant post a link yet , will change it later for easy use )

I can't give very accurate information , but few years ago ( 2 or 3 maybe) a guy was offering services like trading e-currency to a bank account . In Latvia we have a portal Draugiem(dot)lv ( its just like facebook ) where he got hes customers. The site was simple, blog like and with a bit different domain. Only a month ago I checked google for him , and I found his site like it is now. Well this story is all I can offer for now . :)
