It is really strange, because if you read this topic or topics on the other forums, you won't find any complaints. We have never heard about people not getting money through our service. Maybe this person should write here and we will deal with it.

well, I also have heard all positive comments, from the exchangers, in my case, I could not deal successfully, that there was error message saying there is no funds in that direction etc, but I haven't lost anything, only that instant exchange of PW of $6 to LR was not possible at that time.
