i difficult to find exchanger which is could exchange paypal balance to liberty balance. can any one here help me to find it?

Maybe you can find it in http://exchangezone.com. There is a lot of e-currency exchanger. And you can find and make offerings to them. Try to check their site that suitable for you or not...
But it remains cautious because paypal does not like it even if you redeem through third parties... ;)

It's very rare where the exchange paypal, I think you'd better withdraw money directly into your bank account, because it's safer, or if not you can install on the stock in the forums, in case anyone would trade it, because I sometimes do it.

yes, i agree with you, very hard to find paypal exchanger.sbout withdrawal, i am not comfort with fee of all transaction. i mean, if i withdrawal to my bank account, paypal charge me fee, from there i buy balance in LR, LR also charge me fee.so you can calculate how much i loss?
